Events

English Classes

From 10am on Thursdays and Fridays, during term time, we hold classes to help women get to grips with speaking English. On Fridays there is also a class for men. There is a creche available and there is no charge for these classes. Coronavirus restrictions mean that, currently, the numbers for both the classes and the creche are limited. Please call 07956 895818 for to register.

Foodbank

We run this in partnership with Cardiff Foodbank. Bring your voucher and some bags if you have them. This will still be running though any lockdown. The Foodbank is open between 12pm and 2pm on a Friday. Please note it is not open on Good Friday 2 April 2021.

Morning Service

NB COVID restrictions mean that Creche and Sunday School has had to be suspended. Child care is available for those attending the service. There is a creche for pre-school children and activities for those of primary school age during the morning service. The Morning Service lasts about 70 minutes. There will be singing, praying, and a talk from the Bible. No special clothes are needed. Just come as you are. This is also livestreamed.

Sunday School

Bible teaching for children up to primary school age. The children start off in the Service and then head out to their classes after the kids talk.

Church Unplugged

We want to be a place where those who are not believers, or those who are unsure what they believe are present, welcomed and honoured. We want them to find their questions are invited, their doubts and beliefs are respected, and their objections to the Christian Faith are understood and humbly engaged with. We want to be a community where people can find space to process their beliefs among friends who know how hard faith can be and remember what…

TownKids

An hour of fun, games, friends and some foundation forming wisdom from the Bible to get you ready for life. Whatever your abilities, experience, interests, knowledge or skills, if you are in primary school, this is for you. From 6-7pm in the church every Sunday. Just turn up on the day. It will be great to see you. It is all free.

Toddlers Group

We know that having young children to care for is both wonderful and difficult at the same time! This session is a chance to bring your baby or toddler, meet some other parents and enjoy a change of scenery for a while. It runs during term time and is free of charge, but spaces are limited because of the COVID regulations. Phone Ian on 07956 895 818 to find out about availability.

Prayer and Bible Study

Every Wednesday at 7:30pm we meet in the chapel for Bible study and prayer. We pray for the local community, for one another, for the city and the world. It is a crucial part of church life.
