Easter Cracked 2025

Last week we partnered with two other churches in Grangetown (The Bay Church and Grace Church) to bring the Easter story to the Year 5 children in our local primary schools. Three schools came to our building and we took the event to a fourth school. Our story

It all began in 1865, when Grangetown was only a few streets, and people from Tredegarville Baptist Church started a Sunday school above ‘Morley’s stable’ on the corner of Earl Street. Tredegarville Baptist was itself just two years old. Ten years later, in 1875, the church got its own building, as the ‘Iron Church’ was built. In the summer of 2022, Grangetown Primary School and St. Paul’s Primary School helped us to design and paint this mural on the back wall of our church building—all under the expert supervision of local artist Lois Adams. It is still looking good! Go and look for yourself.
